About Matters of Interpretation
Matters of Interpretation began July 27, 2016, for the purpose of “thinking out loud” a little more publicly. Just for the sake of practice, and possibly also for the sake of being a little more responsible and adult. If it has any other purpose, that will presumably become clear in time.
Heather Anne Thiessen (HAT) is a happily married 60-ish, Bible-reading, Presbyterian Church Sunday School teaching and choir singing, small fuel efficient car driving, still pretty much 2nd wave feminist and generally out lesbian Hoosier mom. (No states are all one color.) From time to time she teaches religious studies to undergraduates at a small liberal arts college in Louisville, Kentucky.
